Ingredients
1 cup prepared guacamole
16 large, hearty crackers
1 cup (4 oz.) Sargento® Shredded 4 Cheese Mexican - Fine Cut
16 jumbo, precooked, deveined shrimp
1/3 cup chunky salsa
16 small cilantro sprigs
Directions
Spread 1 tablespoon guacamole over each cracker. Top with cheese, shrimp, salsa and cilantro and serve.
