Ingredients
  • 1 small clove garlic, peeled
  • 1/2 ripe avocado, peeled, seeded, diced
  • 2 Tbsp. each: reduced fat mayonnaise and reduced fat sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
  • 6 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1 large tomato, seeded, chopped
  • 4 radishes, chopped
  • 1 cup (4 oz.) Sargento® Shredded Reduced Fat Sharp Cheddar Cheese, divided
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped chives
Directions
  1. With motor running, drop garlic through feed tube of food processor; process until minced. Add avocado, mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, salt and pepper; process until pureed. Refrigerate 15 minutes while chopping salad ingredients.
  2. In a large bowl, toss lettuce, tomato, radishes and 1/2 cup cheese. Add dressing; toss well and transfer to serving plates. Top with remaining cheese and chives.
