Ingredients
  • 1 pkg. (10 oz.) salad greens
  • 1 cup cherry or grape tomatoes
  • 1 yellow or red bell pepper, cut into short, thin strips
  • 1/2 cup (4 oz.) fat-free or light Ranch salad dressing
  • 8 oz. grilled or roasted skinless chicken breast
  • 1 cup (4 oz.) Sargento® Shredded Parmesan Cheese
  • Freshly ground black pepper (optional)
Directions
  1. Combine salad greens, tomatoes and bell pepper. Add dressing; toss well.
  2. Divide among four serving plates. Slice chicken and arrange over salads. Top with cheese; serve with pepper, if desired.
