This fresh and fruity salad is made even better with Sargento® Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese. This fine-cut Cheddar adds just the right amount of cheesiness to this easy side salad. Use your favorite salad dressing or prepare a simple vinaigrette.

Ingredients
  • 6 cups mixed salad greens
  • 1 red apple, chopped
  • 1/2 cup (2 oz.) Sargento® Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese - Fine Cut
  • 1/4 cup golden or dark raisins
  • 1/3 cup vinaigrette or favorite salad dressing
Directions
  1. Combine salad greens, apple, cheese and raisins in large bowl. Toss with dressing and serve.
