Project G.R.I.L.L.

As a family-owned company, Sargento cares deeply about our community.  We support many causes that feed and shelter families and enhance education.  For many years we have partnered with local high school students for Project G.R.I.L.L. which stands for Growing, Readiness in Learning & Leading.

Recently Jamie (first on the left) led a team of Howards Grove, Wisconsin high schoolers to build a magnificent grill. He helped the students design, construct and test the grill, applying math and science skills outside of the classroom.  The new grill will be stationed at our Kiel, Wisconsin campus for company cookouts which happen often in the summer because the warm days only last so long here in Wisconsin!

Jamie is an Industrial Refrigeration / Utilities Maintenance Technician here at Sargento. Jamie has been with the Sargento family for an impressive 27 years.
