Put this tapas appetizer together in a snap! Treat your guests to crackers spread with guacamole topped with tender cooked shrimp, zesty chunky salsa and Sargento® Shredded 4 Cheese Mexican - Fine Cut. Add some cilantro sprigs as a garnish.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup prepared guacamole
  • 16 large, hearty crackers
  • 1 cup (4 oz.) Sargento® Shredded 4 Cheese Mexican - Fine Cut
  • 16 jumbo, precooked, deveined shrimp
  • 1/3 cup chunky salsa
  • 16 small cilantro sprigs
Directions
  1. Spread 1 tablespoon guacamole over each cracker. Top with cheese, shrimp, salsa and cilantro and serve.
