Place tomatoes and wine in a small saucepan. Heat to a boil; cover. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 6 minutes. Drain tomatoes, reserving liquid. Cut tomatoes into 1/4-inch pieces; set aside.
Combine turkey, egg, 1 cup cheese, breadcrumbs, basil and pine nuts, if desired; stir in reserved tomatoes and liquid. Pack mixture into 9x5-inch loaf pan. Bake in preheated 350°F oven 40 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining cheese; let stand 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
