Ingredients
  • 2 (4 to 5 oz.) scrod or tilapia fish fillets
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. Cajun or blackened seasoning mix
  • 2 slices Sargento® Ultra Thin Sliced Cheddar-Jack Cheese
  • 2 sesame seed hamburger buns, split, lightly toasted
  • 2/3 cup deli coleslaw (vinaigrette style, not creamy)
Directions
  1. Place fish on rack of broiler pan. Sprinkle lemon juice and seasoning mix over fish. Broil in preheated broiler 4 inches from heat source 4 to 5 minutes or until fish is opaque in center.* Place cheese over fish; let stand 1 minute.
  2. Place coleslaw and fish in buns.
