Our Tuscan-inspired pizza recipe holds nothing back in the deliciousness department, especially when using a blend of cheeses including Sargento® Shredded 4 Cheese Pizzeria for that perfect Italian flavor we know and love. Red peppers, tender chicken and aromatic rosemary make this pizza a wonderful meal any day of the week!

Ingredients
  • 1 tsp. olive oil
  • 12 oz. boneless skinless chicken breast halves, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into strips
  • 1 tsp. dried rosemary or oregano, crushed
  • 1 (12-inch) pizza crust
  • 1/4 cup prepared pesto sauce
  • 1-1/2 cups (6 oz.) Sargento® Shredded 4 Cheese Pizzeria, divided
  • 3 Tbsp. sliced green onions
  • 1/2 cup (2 oz.) Sargento® Shredded Parmesan Cheese
Directions
  1. Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken, peppers and rosemary; cook 5 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink. Remove from heat.
  2. Line large baking sheet with foil. Place pizza crust on baking sheet; spread evenly with pesto sauce; sprinkle with 3/4 cup Pizzeria cheese. Arrange chicken mixture over cheese; top with remaining Pizzeria cheese, green onions and Parmesan cheese.
  3. Bake in preheated 450°F oven 8-10 minutes or until cheese is melted and light golden brown. Cut into wedges to serve.
