Add a little more “mmm” to your Memorial Day with this lightly toasted croissant sandwich. Made with hard-boiled eggs, thinly sliced pimiento-stuffed olives, and Sargento® Natural Blends™ Deli Style Sliced Cheddar-Mozzarella Cheese.

Ingredients
  • 4 hard cooked eggs, chilled, peeled, chopped
  • 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • ¼ cup thinly sliced pimiento-stuffed olives
  • 2 romaine lettuce leaves
  • 2 large croissants, split, lightly toasted
  • 2 slices Sargento® Natural Blends® Sliced Cheddar-Mozzarella Cheese
Directions
  1. Combine eggs, mayonnaise and mustard; mix well. Stir in olives.
  2. Place lettuce over bottoms of croissants; top with egg mixture, cheese and croissant tops.
