Smoky Cheddar and zesty pesto on crusty herbed focaccia makes this veggie sandwich special.

Ingredients
  • 4 square slices herbed focaccia bread
  • 1/4 cup sun-dried tomato pesto
  • 2 slices Sargento® Smokehouse Cheddar™ Cheese
  • 2 slices roasted red pepper
  • 1/4 cup baby spinach
Directions
  1. Spread two slices of focaccia with pesto. Layer cheese, red pepper and spinach over top. Cap with remaining slices of focaccia. Tip: Add salami or prosciutto for added protein if desired.
