Picnic sandwiches don't need to be boring. This version combines creamy Colby-Jack cheese with fresh mint, sweet plums, robust peppered turkey and watercress.
Ingredients
1/3 cup light mayo
2 ea. fresh plum, pitted, thinly sliced
10 oz. black pepper deli turkey, thinly sliced
4 slices Sargento® Ultra Thin Colby-Jack cheese
1 1/4 cups watercress
Directions
Spread light mayo evenly on 4 slices of bread. Top with slices of plum, turkey, cheese and watercress. Place remaining bread slices on top. Cut in half and transfer to sandwich bags.
