Ingredients
  • 4 kiwi fruit, peeled and sliced
  • 2 medium red delicious apples, diced
  • 1-1/2 cups red or green seedless grapes
  • 1-1/2 cups (6 oz.) Sargento® Shredded 4 Cheese Mexican - Traditional Cut
  • 2 Tbsp. honey
  • 1 Tbsp. lime juice
  • Red leaf lettuce leaves (optional)
Directions
  1. Combine kiwi, apples, grapes and cheese in large bowl.
  2. Combine honey and lime juice. Toss gently with fruit mixture. Serve on lettuce leaves, if desired.
