With just a few ingredients enjoy a delicious salad easy to prepare, perfect for a healthy balanced meal.

Ingredients
  • 2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. honey
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1-1/2 tsp. poppy seeds
  • 2 medium pears, sliced
  • 2/3 cup halved seedless green grapes
  • 2/3 cup halved seedless red grapes
  • 1-1/2 cups (6 oz.) Sargento® Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese - Fine Cut
  • 1/2 cup toasted, chopped pecans
  • Lettuce leaves (optional)
Directions
  1. Combine vinegar, honey and mustard in small bowl. Slowly whisk in oil until smooth and thickened. Stir in poppy seeds; set aside.
  2. Combine pears, grapes and cheese in large bowl; toss with dressing. Sprinkle with walnuts. Refrigerate 2 hours or longer. Serve on lettuce-lined plates, if desired.
