Ingredients
•16 (2 oz. each) ground chuck burgers
•4 slices Sargento® Sliced Pepper Jack Cheese, cut into fourths
•4 slices Sargento® Sliced Medium Cheddar Cheese, cut into fourths
•½ cup barbecue sauce
•16 mini burger buns
•1 small red onion, thinly sliced
•32 dill pickle slices
Directions
•Preheat grill or sauté pan over medium-high heat.
•Cook burgers 7 to 9 minutes; turn and cook 5 to 7 minutes more until desired doneness. Top each with a piece of both cheeses. Heat one minute more until melted.
•Spread barbecue sauce on buns. Top with burgers, onion and pickles.
