Impress your barbecue guests with a beautiful spread of seasonal grilled vegetables, all topped with copious amounts of melty Sargento shredded cheese.
Ingredients
3 large carrots
1 large red onion
1 large zucchini
1 tomato
1 lb. of asparagus
1 lb. green beans
2 lemons
3 Tbsp. olive oil
2 cups (8oz.) Sargento® Shredded Mozzarella - Traditional Cut
Directions
Wash vegetables thoroughly.
Chop the carrots, onion, zucchini and tomato into small, flat pieces. Trim asparagus and green beans. Cut lemons in half.
Drizzle ingredients with olive oil.
Place everything on grill and sprinkle with cheese.
Grill over high heat for two to three minutes, or to desired tenderness.
