Ingredients
  • 1 can (10 oz.) refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1 Tbsp. unsalted butter
  • 1/3 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
  • 1/8 tsp. white pepper
  • 1 pinch crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 tsp. chicken bouillon powder
  • 1/4 cup (1 oz.) Sargento® Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 chicken breast, cooked
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked crisp, crumbled
  • 1 cup (4 oz.) Sargento® Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
  • 1 cup (4 oz.) Sargento® Shredded Mozzarella - Traditional Cut
  • 3 scallions, thinly sliced
Directions
  1. Unroll dough; press onto greased 13x9-inch baking dish, building up the sides slightly. Prick dough with fork. Bake in preheated 425°F oven 8 minutes or until lightly browned.
  2. Meanwhile, heat butter in medium skillet and sauté onion and garlic over medium-high heat until tender. Stir in flour, pepper and red pepper flakes. Gradually add milk and chicken powder. Heat to a boil; cook and stir 2 minutes or until thick. Remove from heat.
  3. Stir Parmesan cheese into sauce. Spread over hot crust; top with chicken, bacon, cheeses and scallions. Bake 10 minutes or until brown and bubbly. Let stand 5 minutes; cut into squares and serve.
