Ingredients
  • 2 lbs. ground chuck
  • 1-1/2 cups (6 oz.) Sargento® Shredded Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese, divided
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup diced green pepper
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/2 tsp. ground mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. cracked black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 10 small buns
  • Optional Toppings:
  • Lettuce
  • Tomato
Directions
  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Mix together chuck, 1/2 cup cheese, breadcrumbs, green pepper, onion, mustard, black pepper and garlic salt. Form into 10 slider-size patties
  3. Grill 4 minutes on each side. Top with additional cheese and allow cheese to melt. Serve in buns with additional toppings and condiments as desired.
