Get into the end zone with these Spicy Beef Sliders. Tangy BBQ sauce and Sargento Sliced Pepper Jack & Cheddar Cheeses make them a winning combination!

Ingredients
  • •16 (2 oz. each) ground chuck burgers
  • •4 slices Sargento® Sliced Pepper Jack Cheese, cut into fourths
  • •4 slices Sargento® Sliced Medium Cheddar Cheese, cut into fourths
  • •½ cup barbecue sauce
  • •16 mini burger buns
  • •1 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • •32 dill pickle slices
Directions
  1. •Preheat grill or sauté pan over medium-high heat.
  2. •Cook burgers 7 to 9 minutes; turn and cook 5 to 7 minutes more until desired doneness. Top each with a piece of both cheeses. Heat one minute more until melted.
  3. •Spread barbecue sauce on buns. Top with burgers, onion and pickles.
