Serve this plate of cheesy shrimp made with fresh ingredients that brings a whole lot of zest! Tons of minced fresh garlic, salsa and cilantro and tender shrimp are topped with a layer of Sargento® Shredded 4 Cheese Mexican - Fine Cut and broiled until perfectly melted.

Ingredients
  • 18 oz. frozen, peeled, deveined, uncooked shrimp, thawed
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1-1/2 cups (6 oz.) Sargento® Shredded 4 Cheese Mexican - Fine Cut
Directions
  1. Cook shrimp and garlic in oil in large skillet 4 minutes or until shrimp are opaque. Stir in salsa; remove from heat. Stir in cilantro.
  2. Divide shrimp mixture among 4 ovenproof dishes; sprinkle with cheese. Place under preheated broiler 5 inches from heat source 2 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
