No matter what dippers you serve with this, everyone is sure to love the combination of sour cream, mayonnaise, spinach and tomatoes together with Sargento® Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese - Fine Cut baked until perfectly creamy and spreadable onto your favorite pita bread, bagel or tortilla chips.

Ingredients
  • 2 pkgs. (10 oz. each) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeeze dry
  • 2 cans (14-1/2 oz. each) diced tomatoes with green chiles, drained
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 4 cups (16 oz.) Sargento® Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese - Fine Cut, divided
  • Pita bread, bagel chips or tortilla chips
Directions
  1. Combine spinach, tomatoes, mayonnaise and sour cream in large bowl; mix well. Stir in 3 cups cheese.
  2. Transfer mixture to 10-inch deep-dish pie plate or quiche dish; top with remaining cheese. Bake in preheated 350°F oven 20 minutes or until hot and cheese is melted. Serve with pita bread, bagel or tortilla chips.
